happy thursday!

well, the time has come, people. my bell pepper was ready to harvest.

’twas a bittersweet moment.

we grilled it up last night with some other amazing sides! i’ll post those pics later today.

here are some more updates with the garden:

a baby strawberry (!!)

and my arugula is growing out of control! i tried it and it’s still a wee bit too bitter though.

and we have jalapenos coming and tons of tomatoes. can’t wait to make some fresh salsa!

the cantaloupe and watermelon is getting so long and viney – it’s going to take over!

my eggplants all have tons of flowers blooming and they look like they’re gonna make me some yummy eggplants soon. and yep, those are carrots there growing strong.
