This week has been sunny and in the mid-80s. It’s gorgeous and I’m loving the fact that I can wear tank tops and sandals. But, there will be a turn of events on Sunday. We’ll be back down to the 60s with rainy weather for a few days. It calls for some comforting soup.
A perfectley peared bite for me? Tomato soup and golfish crackers.
Growing up, my dad used to put cheddar golfish in our tomato soup instead of shredded cheese, what it normally comes with. It’s seriously delicious. My favorite part is when the golfish get a little soggy.
